Chris Drysdale

Mr. Drysdale is an experienced professional with international experience in the mineral and exploration industry. He currently serves as CEO of Antler Gold Inc. (TSX.V: ANTL) – a gold exploration company, focused on the acquisition and exploration of gold projects in Namibia. He has previously served as the Kenyan Country Manager for Stockport Exploration overseeing the operations for all aspects of its gold exploration and production activities throughout East Africa.

Prior to that Mr. Drysdale worked as a Field Exploration Geologist for Remote Exploration Services (Pty) Ltd., a geological consulting firm based out of South Africa servicing all aspects of the mineral industry. Mr. Drysdale has a progressive and diverse background with extensive work experience in Namibia and has been involved in various mineral projects throughout Africa.

Carl Sheppard

Mr. Sheppard is the current President and Chief Operating Officer of Torrent Capital Ltd. and is also the President and Managing Partner of Strategic Concepts, Inc., a business consulting company. For the past thirty years, he has provided consulting services to many of the Canada’s leading resource companies and organizations. He has  participated in numerous economic studies, strategic plans, cost/benefit reports and business plans targeted at the identification of development opportunities. Mr. Sheppard is currently the Interim CEO Argentia Capital Inc., a joint venture owned by Torrent Capital Ltd. and the Port of Argentia Inc. to develop the Port of Argentia infrastructure and related business opportunities.

Mr. Sheppard has served as an officer, Board member, and committee chair for a number of private and public companies. He has a Masters of Development Economics from Dalhousie University, where his area of concentration was regional development from a Canadian perspective, as well as a Bachelor of Arts Honours (Economics) degree from York University’s Glendon College and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Memorial University.

Frances Wall

Frances Wall is Professor of Applied Mineralogy at Camborne School of Mines, University of Exeter, has a BSc in geochemistry from Queen Mary University of London and a PhD in rare earth-rich carbonatites from the University of London. Frances has over 30 years experience researching the geology and process mineralogy of global rare earth deposits and practically linking exploration stage studies to responsible sourcing outcomes. Frances has also led large consortium research projects such as HiTech AlkCarb and SoS RARE and is currently Principal Investigator for the UK Research and Innovation Interdisciplinary Circular Economy Centre for Technology Metals (Met4Tech).

Frances is Chair of the British Geological Survey Science Advisory Committee, a member of the UK Critical Minerals Expert Committee, was named in the WIM UK ‘100 Global Inspirational Women in Mining’ 2016 edition and awarded the William Smith Medal of the Geological Society of London for applied geoscience in 2019.

Patric McGrath

CFO

Mr. McGrath has over 25 years’ experience in the junior resource sector. Mr. McGrath was previously the Chief Executive Officer of Blue Moon Metals Inc. from April 2017 to November 2024 which was focused on the Blue Moon deposit in the United States. Mr. McGrath was the former Chief Financial Officer and Chief Executive Officer of Cub Energy Inc. (now Carcetti Capital Corp.) from 2011 to 2023, a previously producing oil and gas company focused on eastern Europe. Mr. McGrath has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Memorial University and is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) in Canada.
