Global energy security is driving a renewed focus on uranium — and not all supply is created equal.

ReeXploration is advancing a high-priority uranium discovery opportunity in Namibia, a country with decades of uranium production history, established infrastructure, and trusted regulatory oversight. As governments and utilities work to secure reliable long-term nuclear fuel supply from trusted, allied jurisdictions, nuclear, Namibia has re-emerged as a cornerstone jurisdiction.

ReeXploration provides early-stage exposure to this shift — at the point where discovery creates the greatest leverage.

Why Uranium Why Now

Nuclear energy is back at the center of global energy policy.

  • Nuclear power is a critical pillar of energy security and decarbonization
  • New reactor builds and life extensions are tightening long-term uranium demand
  • Western governments are prioritizing secure, allied aligned supply
  • Capital and strategic interest are flowing back into uranium exploration

Uranium supply chains are being rebuilt — and
new discoveries in trusted jurisdictions matter more than ever.

Namibia: A Tier-One Uranium Jurisdiction

Namibia is globally recognized as one of the world’s most reliable uranium producers.

  • Decades of continuous uranium mining history
  • Transparent permitting and regulatory framework
  • Proven infrastructure: roads, power, skilled workforce, port access
  • Longstanding relationships with Western utilities and governments

Namibia isn’t an emerging uranium jurisdiction — it’s a proven one.

A High-Priority Uranium Target at Eureka

ReeXploration’s flagship Eureka Project hosts a newly defined, large-scale uranium target located southwest of the Eureka Dome — within a geological setting consistent with Rössing-style uranium systems that underpin Namibia’s global reputation.

The uranium target is defined by strong radiometric and geochemical signatures across a broad area and represents a material new exploration focus within the broader Eureka system.

Funded. Mobilized. Drilling Started.

This uranium story has moved decisively into execution.

Following the Company’s recent financing, ReeXploration is fully funded for its planned exploration program and has commenced drilling on the newly defined uranium target.

What this means for investors:

  • Capital is secured, with drilling underway and no financing overhang at this stage
  • Drill targets have been defined, prioritized, and are now being actively tested
  • Field work has moved fully into execution, with rigs operating on site
  • Drill results are expected in short order, establishing a clear near-term catalyst window

This is the stage of the exploration cycle where the market focus shifts from theory to data.

A De-Risked Platform Heading into Drilling

The uranium program is being advanced from a position of technical and operational strength.

  • The Eureka Project is already underpinned by validated rare earths metallurgy
  • Infrastructure, access, and permitting frameworks are established
  • The exploration model is grounded in Namibia’s well-understood uranium systems
  • Capital deployment is disciplined and tightly aligned with near-term catalysts

Rather than starting from zero, ReeXploration is testing uranium potential within an existing, technically credible project footprint.

In uranium exploration, value is often created rapidly once drilling begins — particularly when:

  • Targets are large and geologically coherent
  • Jurisdictional risk is low
  • Capital is already in place
  • Results are delivered into a supportive macro backdrop

With drilling now imminent, the next phase of the story will be defined by results.

Aligned With Global Energy Security Priorities

Governments and institutions are moving quickly to secure uranium supply:

  • Nuclear energy is central to net-zero and grid-stability strategies
  • Western alliances are actively supporting critical-minerals development
  • Secure jurisdictions are attracting outsized strategic interest
  • Technically credible exploration projects are being prioritized

ReeXploration sits at the intersection of geology, jurisdiction, and policy momentum.
