Building the Next Generation of Secure Critical Minerals Supply

ReeXploration is advancing the next generation of critical minerals discoveries – responsibly developed, technically proven, and aligned with global priorities for clean energy and supply chain security.

Where Discovery

Meets Global Demand

From EVs to defense, the world’s progress depends on a steady flow of critical minerals — yetsupply remains concentrated and fragile. Governments and industry are racing to secure transparent, sustainable sources to meet growing demand.

ReeXploration provides investors with exposure to this generational shift—at the entry point of the value cycle, where leverage to discovery and growth is greatest.

Why Rare Earths, Why Now

The world’s electrification depends on a secure supply of magnet rare earth elements—neodymium, praseodymium, dysprosium, and terbium. Yet today, over 90% of global supply comes from China. Governments and industry are urgently seeking independent sources to fuel electric vehicles, renewable energy, and advanced technologies.

ReeXploration provides investors with exposure to this generational shift—at the entry point of the value cycle, where leverage to discovery and growth is greatest.

Two Strategic Metals
In One Top-Tier Mining Jurisdiction

Eureka began with rare earths — and a rare early advantage: verified metallurgy. Bench-scale work confirmed the ability to produce a clean, Western-standard monazite concentrate with ~50% NdPr contribution to the value basket. That foundation de-risked the rare earths component before any scale was pursued.

Now, new work has widened the story: a large, Rössing-style uranium target southwest of the Eureka Dome shows strong radiometric and geochemical signatures in a region home to world-class uranium operations.

Together, they define a broader, dual-commodity critical minerals system with discovery potential across several high-priority targets.

Clean monazite mineralogy with verified metallurgy (rare for early-stage REE projects)

~310,000 t @ 4.8% TREO rare earths resource with high NdPr value (~50% of basket)

New large uranium target defined by 6.5 × 3.5 km radiometric high located in Namibia’s premier uranium district

Excellent infrastructure: road, power, port access

A Project Built on Strong Foundations

At the heart of our strategy is the Eureka Project, located in one of Africa’s most attractive mining jurisdictions—central Namibia. With road, power, and port access, and a supportive permitting environment, Eureka combines location advantages with proven geology.

~300,000 t @ 4% TREO maiden resource

NdPr ~50% of basket value

Clean, low-radioactivity mineralogy

Strong exploration upside with new anomalies

One of Africa’s most stable, mining-friendly jurisdictions

What sets Eureka apart is its metallurgy-first foundation. Unlike peers, we began with processing proof: bench-scale testing has already delivered a clean, Western-standard concentrate from favourable monazite mineralization. This lowers technical risk and accelerates the path to commercialization.

Exploration with Responsibility at the Core

From day one, ReeXploration has embedded ESG principles into its approach. Low-impuritymineralogy reduces environmental and permitting hurdles. Strong relationships in Namibia ensurealignment with communities and national priorities. Our vision is to be a responsible, transparentpartner in building new supply chains for critical minerals.

Unlocking the Next Critical Minerals Growth Story

A newly identified, drillready uranium target in one of the world’s top uranium mining jurisdictions.

Proven metallurgy and a defined resource provide the early technical confidence investors rarelyget at this stage.

Uranium and rare earths, linked across the Eureka Dome, offer multiple paths to value creation.

Stable, Western-aligned, infrastructure-ready — a jurisdiction built for critical minerals development.

A rare combination of technical clarity (rare earths) and large-scale exploration upside (uranium).
