I wanted to personally reach out following the announcement of our name change from E-Tech Resources to ReeXploration Inc. and take a moment to share what this evolution represents for our company and for investors following the critical minerals story.
Over the past several weeks, global attention has once again turned to critical minerals, in particular rare earths. Renewed geopolitical tensions and accelerating demand for transparent supply of minerals for advanced technologies and national defense have pushed the sector back into the spotlight. Governments are racing to secure independent supply chains, while investors are seeking credible mining companies positioned to help fill the gap.
It’s within this landscape that ReeXploration emerges — a company built to contribute to the world’s diversified critical minerals supply through disciplined discovery and technical credibility.
The company’s foundation was built on a metallurgy-first approach with the Eureka Project in Namibia, proving that its monazite-hosted mineralization can produce a clean, Western-standard concentrate. This technical validation set the stage for a new chapter — one focused on resource expansion and exploration across the broader Eureka Dome, where value creation potential is strongest.
The new name, ReeXploration, captures both the essence of our work and the mindset driving it: exploration grounded in science, responsibility, and strategy. We are not chasing scale for its own sake, but building sustainable value through the discovery and early development phases — the inflection point where opportunity meets technical proof.
Our success is driven by an exceptional team that combines international expertise with deep local knowledge. ReeXploration is guided by technical advisors such as Dr. Frances Wall, one of the world’s leading critical minerals experts, and supported by an experienced 100%-Namibian technical team focused on responsible project execution. Together, they provide the scientific rigour, operational strength, and on-the-ground insight that underpin everything we do.
Namibia remains central to this vision. It offers stability, infrastructure, and alignment with global ESG standards — a foundation that allows us to advance responsibly and efficiently. Namibia’s strong governance, environmental oversight, and commitment to sustainable development position ReeXploration as a partner of choice in helping to deliver the secure, transparent, and ethically sourced supply of critical minerals that governments and industries around the world are calling for. From low-impurity mineralogy to transparent local engagement, we’re committed to ensuring our progress benefits all stakeholders.
This rebrand is more than a name change. It marks a step-change in focus and ambition, positioning ReeXploration to unlock the full potential of the Eureka project and to build a credible platform for critical minerals growth.
To our shareholders, partners, and team — thank you for your ongoing support as we embark on this next phase.
I invite you to explore our new website, learn more about our vision, and follow us on social media to follow along as we build value through disciplined discovery in one of the world’s most dynamic sectors.
Best regards,
