From E-Tech to ReeXploration: A New Era for Critical Minerals Discovery in Namibia

In the wake of renewed headlines around rare earths and rising US–China tensions, the urgency to diversify critical mineral supply chains has never been clearer. Demand for metals that power EVs, wind turbines, and clean technologies continues to build—spotlighting projects that can credibly progress toward Western-aligned supply.

Today, we introduce ReeXploration Ltd.—a step-change in our company’s evolution and a clear signal of where we’re focused: creating value through discovery and early-stage development, anchored by a metallurgy-first foundation.

Why the Change—And Why Now

Our previous phase established essential groundwork. Under our new name, we’re aligning our identity with what we do best: exploration-led growth with scientific discipline and capital efficiency. It’s a shift in posture that matches both the global moment and our technical reality—moving decisively to expand resources and test further discovery potential while the world races to secure independent, responsible sources of critical minerals.

Built on Metallurgy, Geared for Scale

Most juniors chase size first and ask metallurgy questions later. We inverted that sequence. At Eureka in central Namibia, we began by demonstrating that the monazite-hosted mineralization can produce a clean, Western-standard concentrate—a technical de-risking milestone that many peers only tackle years down the road.

With that proof point in hand, our focus is now where value compounds fastest: resource growth through exploration. It’s the sweet spot of the Lassonde Curve, where early discovery success has historically driven the sharpest re-ratings.

The Eureka Advantage: Mineralogy, Jurisdiction and Team

  • Favourable mineralogy: Eureka’s mineralization is hosted in monazite with low impurities, favourable for established beneficiation and hydrometallurgical pathways. Critically, NdPr (the key magnet metals) is a major value contributor in the basket mix.
  • Resource foundation: Eureka hosts a maiden resource of ~310,000 tonnes at 4.8% TREO (0.7 % Nd+Pr) with multiple high-priority anomalies and trenching results indicating room to grow.
  • Jurisdictional strength: Namibia is a mining-friendly jurisdiction with infrastructure, skilled labour, and access to the deep-water port of Walvis Bay, supporting efficient logistics and permitting rigor.
  • Strong leadership: ReeXploration’s strategy is guided by Dr. Frances Wall, a globally recognized expert in critical minerals and sustainable resource development, and executed by a 100% Namibian-based technical team. Their on-the-ground expertise, efficiency, and community relationships ensure that progress is both technically robust and locally grounded.

Together, favourable mineralogy, stable jurisdiction, and credible leadership create the conditions for efficient, responsible advancement — the very attributes Western supply chains are prioritizing and key differentiators as the sector gains renewed investor attention.

A Disciplined, Exploration-Led Business Model

Our approach is simple and rigorous:

  • Technical first: Mineral systems, mineralogy, and clear processing pathways guide project selection and advancement.
  • Capital disciplined: We deploy capital where it has the highest per-share impact—discovery and early development—and design programs that prioritize technical learnings and catalytic results.
  • Optionality by design: We build projects to be attractive to partners and acquirers seeking secure, ESG-aligned supply, with room for selective monetization (JVs, royalties, project sales) while maintaining exposure to upside.

This portfolio-minded strategy allows us to compound value efficiently while staying cycle-aware.

Responsible by Design

Responsibility is embedded from the start. Low-radioactivity, low-impurity mineralogy reduces environmental hurdles; our Namibian-based team executes with transparency and respect; and our programs align with national development priorities and global ESG expectations. We believe credibility is earned—through how we work as much as what we deliver.

Looking Ahead

ReeXploration captures who we are now: a team doubling down on exploration-led growth from a position of technical credibility. As the world accelerates toward diversified, independent rare earth supply chains, we’re focused on advancing Eureka with the right science, the right programs, and the right partners.

A new era begins—rooted in discipline, driven by discovery, and aligned to the world’s need for clean, reliable, Western-aligned rare earth supply.
