Chris Drysdale

Interim CEO

Mr. Drysdale is an experienced professional with international experience in the mineral and exploration industry. He currently serves as CEO of Antler Gold Inc. (TSX.V: ANTL) – a gold exploration company, focused on the acquisition and exploration of gold projects in Namibia. He has previously served as the Kenyan Country Manager for Stockport Exploration overseeing the operations for all aspects of its gold exploration and production activities throughout East Africa.

Prior to that Mr. Drysdale worked as a Field Exploration Geologist for Remote Exploration Services (Pty) Ltd., a geological consulting firm based out of South Africa servicing all aspects of the mineral industry. Mr. Drysdale has a progressive and diverse background with extensive work experience in Namibia and has been involved in various mineral projects throughout Africa.

Patrick McGrath

CFO

Mr. McGrath has over 25 years’ experience in the junior resource sector. Mr. McGrath was previously the Chief Executive Officer of Blue Moon Metals Inc. from April 2017 to November 2024 which was focused on the Blue Moon deposit in the United States. Mr. McGrath was the former Chief Financial Officer and Chief Executive Officer of Cub Energy Inc. (now Carcetti Capital Corp.) from 2011 to 2023, a previously producing oil and gas company focused on eastern Europe. Mr. McGrath has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Memorial University and is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) in Canada.

Technical Team

The Namibian-based technical team ensures efficient on-the-ground execution, while the broader leadership brings a track record of creating value from discovery through strategic partnerships and transactions.

Tolene Kruger

Senior Geologist and QP

Ms. Kruger is a Namibian geologist passionate about mineral exploration. She completed her studies at the University of Stellenbosch, South Africa, and holds an MSc in Geology with research focus on the structural controls on uraniferous alaskites in the Uranium mineral province/corridor of Namibia. Tolene has been actively involved with the Eureka REE Project since 2021, leading the field exploration team, doing target generation focused on REEs, project management, implementation of field exploration programs, results interpretation, and engaging with numerous subject matter experts to advance the understanding of the mineral deposit. She has been involved in exploration geology for the past 8 years and has experience in Namibia and Zambia, covering a range of commodities including Rare Earth Elements (“REEs”), Uranium, Lithium, Copper and Gold. She also worked as a geologist at the Geological Survey of Namibia. Tolene is also registered as Professional Natural Scientist (Pr.Sci.Nat.) with SACNASP (Reg. No.: 148182). Ms. Kruger is also registered as Professional Natural Scientist (Pri.Sci.Nat) with SACNASP.

Sensikus Angula

Exploration Field Geologist

Sensikus Angula is an Exploration Field Geologist at ReeXploration. He holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Geochemistry and joined the company in 2021 as a Junior Geologist. Today, he manages day-to-day field operations, supervising technical teams and overseeing geological data collection and interpretation at the Eureka Project.

Tuwilika Nghipalendjila

Junior Geologist

Tuwilika Nghipalendjila is a Junior Geologist at E-Tech Resources. She holds a B.Sc. in Geochemistry and joined the company in 2023. She supports exploration and laboratory programs through XRF analysis, soil sampling, trenching, and geological mapping.

Herman Klein

Geotechnician

Herman Klein is a Geotechnician at ReeXploration and serves as the local headman for the Eureka area. Having joined the company in 2016, he plays a vital role in exploration and community liaison. Before joining E-Tech, Herman worked as an operator at African Granite Mine and as a driver with Namibian Breweries.

Joseph Haoseb

Geotechnician

Joseph Haoseb is a Geotechnician at ReeXploration and has been part of the Eureka team since 2018. Based on site, he contributes to exploration programs through soil sampling, core cutting, trenching, and geological logging.

Manfred Richard Maletzky

Geotechnician and Safety, Health & Environmental Officer

Manfred Maletzky is a Geotechnician and Safety, Health, and Environmental Officer at ReeXploration. He joined the company in 2019 after prior roles with Areva Resources and Purity Manganese. Manfred supports operational safety, quality control, and environmental compliance at the Eureka Project.

Enrico (“Ricky”) Maletzky

Geological Technician

Enrico “Ricky” Maletzky is a Geological Technician at ReeXploration with nearly two decades of exploration and mining experience across Namibia. Before joining ReeXploration in 2016, he worked at Langer Heinrich Uranium (Paladin Resources), Valencia Uranium (Forsys Metals), and Purity Manganese Mine.
